Solution: ตรวจสอบได้ดังนี้
1. ไปที่หน้า General Posting Setup --> ตรวจสอบ Gen. Bus. Posting Group='ค่าว่าง' ที่จับคู่กับ Gen. Prod. Posting Group='XXXX' มีอยู่แล้วหรือไม่ ถ้าหากยังไม่มี จะต้องทำการสร้างและ Setup ให้เรียบร้อย
2. หรือจริงๆแล้ว Gen. Bus. Posting Group ของลูกค้าจะต้องไม่เท่ากับ <> 'ค่าว่าง' ต้องทำการแก้ไขโดยกำหนด Gen. Bus. Posting Group ให้กับ Batch ของ Journal จากนั้นคีย์รายการใหม่ ระบบจะทำการ Default ข้อมูลให้

Solution: ให้ทำการตรวจสอบการ Filter มีกำหนดหรือใส่ข้อมูลผิดหรือไม่ ทดสอบโดย Filter ให้น้อยที่สุดจากนั้น ทดลองเรียกรายงาน และลองเพิ่ม Filter ไปทีละนิดจากนั้นจะเจอว่า Filter ใดที่ใส่แล้วรายงานจะไม่สามารถเรียกดูได้
