sHow to disable Teaching Tip
Topic and case: เวลาเปิดหน้า Page จะมีกล่องข้อความแสดงตลอด หากไม่ต้องการให้แสดงทำอย่างไรได้บ้าง
Solution: ให้ทำการปิดการสอนดังนี้
1.ไปที่ตั้งค่า เลือก “My Setting” จากนั้นเลือกปิด Teaching Tips

วิธีเพิ่มเลขที่รันเอกสารหลายๆแบบ
Topic and case: ต้องการเพิ่มชุดเอกสารใหม่ (No. series) ที่หน้าจอ….
Solution: ให้ทำการตั้งค่า และการเพิ่มได้นั้น เฉพาะหน้าจอที่สามารถ Run No. ได้เท่านั้น
1.ให้ไปที่หน้า No. Series ทำการเพิ่มชุดเอกสาร โดยเพิ่ม "Code" ใหม่ และกำหนดเลขที่ของเอกสาร
2.ยังอยู่ที่หน้า No. Series ให้ค้นหา Code เดิมที่ใช้งานอยู่ จากนั้นเลือกเมนูด้านบน "Navigate" และเลือก "Relationships"
3.เลือก "Code" จากข้อที่ (1) ที่ได้ทำการเพิ่มมาใหม่ เสร็จแล้วทดลองใช้งาน

Topic and case: กด Reject เพื่อไม่อนุมัติเอกสารแล้วพบ Error
Solution: ทำการระบุ Comment ก่อนทำการ Reject

Topic and case: กด Refresh Production Order ไม่ได้
Solution: ที่หน้า Production BOMs ค้นหา Production BOM No. เปลี่ยน Status = Certified จากนั้นทดสอบทำรายการอีกครั้ง

Topic and case: กด Refresh Production Order ไม่ได้
Solution: ไปที่หน้า Production BOMs ค้นหา Production BOM No. เปลี่ยน Status = Certified จากนั้นทดสอบทำรายการอีกครั้ง

Topic and case: กด Refresh Production Order ไม่ได้
Solution: ไปที่หน้า Production BOMs ค้นหา Production BOM No. เปลี่ยน Status = Certified จากนั้นทดสอบทำรายการอีกครั้ง

Topic and case: ไม่สามารถเรียกดู Report
Solution: ให้ทำการตรวจสอบการ Filter มีกำหนดหรือใส่ข้อมูลผิดหรือไม่ ทดสอบโดย Filter ให้น้อยที่สุดจากนั้น ทดลองเรียกรายงาน และลองเพิ่ม Filter ไปทีละนิดจากนั้นจะเจอว่า Filter ใดที่ใส่แล้วรายงานจะไม่สามารถเรียกดูได้
