Senior Consultant ERP
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and prepare business flow.
- Participate in ERP application configuration, assigning tasks to developers, application testing, training, and deployment activities.
- Document ERP processes and prepare training materials.
- Design, monitor, test and control the quality of customized programs from the development team.
- Provide ERP end-user support throughout project implementation.
Requirement
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance accounting, computer science, information technology, business administration, or related fields.
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, teamwork, and communication skills.
- 2-5 years of ERP project implementation experience in an ERP consulting firm.
- Knowledge of the full ERP implementation life cycle will be an advantage.
- Able to deal with and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints.
- Quick learner of ERP software and new technologies.
- Able to understand customer requirements and deliver applicable solutions.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a consulting environment.
- Strong social competencies and relationship-building skills. Good team player.
Junior Consultant ERP
Responsibilities
- Involving in the analysis of AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
- Involving in ERP application configuration, assigning developers' tasks, application test, training, and deploying activities.
- Documenting ERP processes and preparing training materials.
- Providing ERP end-user support throughout project implementation.
Requirement
- Bachelor or master's degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology/Business Administration or related fields.
- Specialization in business administration or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Willing to learn new ERP features and new related technologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Non-consulting experience is also welcome.
